Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using TripleTime, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using TripleTime on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Description of Service

TripleTime is a web-based time tracking application that lets you log, manage, and optionally sync your work hours. We offer three subscription tiers — Free, Basic, and Advanced — each with different feature sets as described on our pricing page. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Accounts & Registration

To use TripleTime, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of, or recreate in any capacity, the application
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our express written consent

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Basic and Advanced) are billed monthly. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with TripleTime are the property of Everware or its licensors. Your time log data belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to deliver the service. We claim no ownership over the content you create.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TripleTime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, without prior notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or by sending you an email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
