When you register, we collect your email address to create and manage your account and to send you authentication links.
Time log data
The time entries you create are stored in our systems to deliver the core service. This data belongs to you and is only accessible by you.
Contact form data
When you reach out via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message in order to respond to your enquiry.
Usage and advertising data
Free-plan users are shown ads served by Google AdSense. Google may collect information about your browsing behaviour for advertising purposes. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the TripleTime service
- Authenticate you and manage your account
- Respond to your messages and support requests
- Display relevant advertisements to free-plan users

Processing your email address and time logs is necessary to provide the service you signed up for.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service:

- Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months.

Google AdSense
Free-plan users see ads served by Google. Google processes data as described in their own Privacy Policy and may set advertising cookies.
